Had a sikh ceremony with a persian style reception in the same day at the same venue at ubc and they delivered well! Both events were decorated perfectly and reflected each culture well. Would recommend them to anyone for their special day.

Rent somethings for indian wedding. They were in good condition at fair prices. Sometimes its hard to deal with guy but lady is nice..

Moore decorations @ payal business centerReception partyMe and my wife visted them at payal business center at there office! At 1st they were so nice accomodating and friendly. Showed us pucture on their ipad and promised us a certian look. We still wanted to take time to think so we took their card and left.Note: they kept bashing the other decoraters and claiming their work wAs one if a kind and thT they dont lie and cheat and provide exactly what they promise.After one week we decided to return back and during that convo we confirmed not once but 3 times that we wanted the same design and exactly like the pic to which they said no problem. She even offered to give us a better cake table then in the pic. We paid deposit and left.One day prior to the wedding at 9pm we kept getting calls from the lady owner that im going to change the center pieces to something new - i asked y and said to send pics which she denied - she said its better then the 1st one we got so i agreed.Day of wedding i walked in and 1st thing my wife noticed was our center table is different and our cake table was not the one she promised. I called her right away -and she was yelling at me on the phone saying shes coming to get her money.She comes to hotel and right away starts fighting in front of bridesmaid saying she gave us better than we paid for. She started telling us that we said that it would be similar not same. She then kept saying that the pic that i am refferring to cost over 10,000. She was super rude, unprofesssional, unrelaible and a scam artist. She kept showing the contract, which they were the one who wrote - we are not faniliar with the designs And trusted them. Not only did they lie but they also were extremely unprofessional at hAndling the situtation.If she had apologized i would have been ok and moved on - instead she made a fool out of herself.If your looking for a decorater -DO NOT book her-also like to add her husbabd was equally rude, unprofessional.

Visited this place a couple of weeks ago. The lady in the store was on the phone and stayed on the phone and hardly acknowledged us. I took a pic of one of the flower arrangement and she rebuked me in a rude manner eventhough there were no signs posted that prohibited photography. Then my sis entered a section of the store and she again rudely said not to go on there as it was for staff only. I have no issues with store rules as long as these are clearly posted and if not, at least explained in a courteous manner. Totally negative vibe from this one person. Never gonna bring business here and will never recommend this to family and friends.
