I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service we receive with MRCM! Kelly Payne and Liane Texmo are the top of the line professionals to deal with on a regular basis! Quick response and kind, professionalism has been our great pleasure to work with them! We appreciate their hard work and their positive attitudes with any issue we need help with, They are both understanding and flexible with how they can make it work to get us the appointments we need to get the job done!

My mom lives at one of maple ridge communities and recently she had to contact them for some reason and Ahsan Jamil went out of his way to help us. He was kind and attentive and got the matter resolved quickly. He is a very friendly and respectful person. Consistently and always been receiving terrific support and service from the management office. Being an investor in many condos receiving this help while trying to manage condos remotely is absolutely fantastic. Of special and significant mention is Jessica O'Leary at Living Arts. Responsive, prompt in all replies to emails, returns phone calls, professional, extraordinarily supportive, always available to help, providing clarification in regard to polices, providing us forms, sending in approvals and so on. I would take away stars and give them negative rating if Google allowed it. I have been calling them, leaving voice messages and dropping emails for the last 3 weeks, but have received no response from them.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!——————————————I finally reached out to them to get buzzer access and they told me that I need a local number for buzzer to work. I took a local number and shared the details with them. It has been 4 weeks now and I am still waiting for them to update the new phone number.IT SEEMS THEY JUST COLLECT THE CONDO MAINTENANCE FEES AND DO NOTHING!!

They get a one star for their total and utter arrogance.If you’re looking for a company that bullies, intimidates and threatens unit owners then look no further!If you’re looking for a company that has integrity and a sense of “community”, a company that respects and supports its unit owners ….. MRCM is most certainly NOT the company for you.

I live at a downtown Condo building managed by Maple Ridge near Bloor Yonge. I really like the management and conceirge service this building provides. I feel that the staff here is friendlier and more helpful than other condo buildings I have lived in. There is an air of small community support and warmth.I am writing this particular review to commend Colin who works at the building for going above and beyond his role. Our building was getting exterior work done which required balcony closures. I had several plants in the balcony which would not survive the closure period without watering.I asked Colin if something could be done and he arranged for me to move my plants to a common area controlled by the management office where I could water them occasionally. He even arranged for the entire transfer by booking the service elevator and asking one of the staff (big thanks to him as well) to help me move the plants with a cart.Prior to this, I have lived in 3 other condo buildings in Toronto and most have not been a good experience. The management here is noticeably better. Having lived here for a couple of years now, I can see how much difference something like condo management can make to your overall living experience.
