Gulshir was an absolute pleasure to work with - especially being a first time home-buyer. Typically buying your first home can be an overwhelming process, but Gulshir ensured all of the steps were easy to follow, and he was extremely attentive to detail. Communication between him, and the other parties involved in the purchasing process (lawyers, other real-estate agents, etc.) was extremely quick, and all questions were addressed with great care. Gulshir went over and above in helping me to find a place that suited my needs. He listened to what I was looking for and did everything possible to help me find it — four times! After each disappointment due to circumstances beyond our control, he always maintained his focus on good service and a positive demeanour. When we finally were able to make a deal, I felt that I’d found not just a tremendous agent, but a guy that I’d love to have as a friend. What could be better than that? I can’t recommend his services any more highly.
