My family and I love coming to this establishment. It is (by far!) our favourite in the area. The owner and her staff are friendly, polite, and offer quick service. The food is incredible (I highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Wrap). The menu focuses on quality over quantity and each dish is made and served with love. We have attended several events hosted here and they were a blast. Thanks for being so great!

The spicy chicken wrap and the ABC salad are phenomenal! Soups are great as well. I’ve recently moved to Winnipeg so I don’t get to enjoy it as much anymore but definitely a must try in Niverville! If you’re wanting a great atmosphere and fresh food at a super low price, this is the place the go!

Wonderful down home service. Freshly cooked muffins, cookies, and now pies.Keto breakfast If that not your liking.New specials everyday.Very popular homemade soup. Dine in it take out.Very popular place.

The place looked really nice, but I waited a full 10 minutes to be seated. Nobody came after I called hello" a few times; eventually the rest of my party came and we found our own seats. The pizza was good

I love Bistro 290! The staff are efficient and friendly and the food is very fresh and is excellent. Very healthy options on the menu daily as well as vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options. The take home meals are a life safer and you'll not be disappointed. Highly recommend the falafel wraps!

Our family had our annual cousins lunch at the Bistro290. We called ahead a few weeks ahead and they were okay that we would be a group of 30ish and would take up over 1/2 of the restaurant.The Service was great and the food delicious ! It was nice to support local!

Came in with my kids for some apps and had a wonderful experience. We were promptly seated and my kids were given coloring sheets and sanitized dinosaurs to play with (big hit!). Order came out fast and food was delicious. All Covid protocols were followed and the staff were all so lovely. Really love the family atmosphere they create here. Can't wait for extended hours and patio season!

TL:DR Worth the drive from Winnipeg.Patio was awesome. Staff was very welcoming and genuinely good people. Food was delicious, had the Rueben and their fries. Clean facility and warm decor.
