We have always enjoyed our shopping experience at Sleep Country on Douglas Street. The staff are very personable and really listen to our needs. Whether it's buying a new mattress, bed frame or foundation they always get it right for us! Our last visit was to inquire about bedding to keep us cool. Having 2 small dogs who love to sleep under the covers really heats up the bed! We were shown the appropriate mattress pad and bamboo sheets. They have been wonderful at regulating our temperature while we sleep. Oh, and the dogs like them too! Thank you sleep country staff for being so dedicated to your customers satisfaction!

the staff was nice, until the mattress was dellivered. Didn't inflate had to go through head office who essentially wasn't able to help due to time getting a new one. As this is the third faulty mattress I have received from Sleep Country I thought someone would step up to the plate and either refund the money, or just replace with floor model. Apparently they can't do that, against rules. So am out a lot of money, and wouldn't even refund the extra insurance and on top of that I have to pay to get it disposed of. I realize this is policy but sometimes there are special circumstances, which how you respond affects your reviews.

Our shopping experience was fantastic. After going to Leon’s and having a not so fantastic one, sleep country’s experience was so good we bought a mattress on the spot.They had great deals and price matched. To add, they had free delivery which we were I formed it might not be for much longer which is unfortunate because the delivery people were quick, organized and communication was great+funny.Highly recommend this as your choice for bed selection

i wrote a review about all the lies your sales rep told me to get me to buy my bed and you follow up with a comment that your delivery team is excellent. i guess head office listens as well as the reps in the store do and it wasnt you that delivered it, it was a 3rd party company and they are the only thing that stopped me from refusing it on the spot. i stand by my review- stay away from this store. They will do anything to make a sale.

I would like to personally thank both Martin and Jessica for their exceptional service over the summer.• Very professional• Very polite and friendly• Extremely knowledgeable about all their products• Absolutely no pressure tactics to buy• Willing to leave us alone when we wanted to try out various mattresses. This was an exception to most other stores where employees won’t back off for a minute and it was truly appreciated.And yes, we are loving our new mattresses.Thank you!

I'd give 10 stars if I couldI've never received the level of customer service these guys have given me. I got help with my sleeping needs by talking with Martin and ...Sean I think his name was. These guys were both absolutely amazing. They both asked me questions and listened to properly understand my needs. Then they really want above and beyond to make sure I was confident with my purchases. Not only did they sell me things I needed, after everything was done, they continued to give me tips on how to make sure I could sleep peacefully, such as sleeping positions, and they let me know how to take care of my purchases to increase the usage I could get out of them. I'm very short on funds and I'd still happily pay a premium for this kind of service and thoughtfulness

We purchased a queen mattress from Sleep Country Canada many weeks ago and have been satisfied with both the service and quality of the mattress. We were approached by a salesperson (Owen) who was knowledgeable and never pressured us into buying anything. Owen was good enough to be accommodating to our price limits and provided exceptional service until the end. The mattress itself has been much more comfortable than our previous mattress and suits our needs better. Thanks Owen!

Absolutely top notch service from everyone beginning to end. Customer service is sadly lacking in most business transactions these days. But these people are amazing! So happy with the product, staff were polite, kind, timely and flexible. Well done! You are doing something right there at Sleep Country. Highly recommend them.
