I applied for mine and family members passport and had a very positive experience. Not only we had a good experience Karla who reviewed our application went above and beyond to help us get our baby’s application filed and directed us well so we get all the paperwork done. I am glad we have such supportive people in our community.

Greetings very friendly security and reception. Sat and waited patiently for an hour. Did not leave the office/ waiting room and looked up every time the screen dinged. My number never showed up. Then I see a number after mine go up. Ask if they should be skipping numbers at the desk. They tell me they marked me absent and I somehow missed my call when I was sitting here the ENTIRE time. HOW? And then b they told me they put me back in queue but someone more important with priority is before me. No. Let's say you just skipped calling my number and went with someone first. No way I missed" my number on the screen. And if you called my number

Security lady at the front was very rude and unpleasant. I left the line after only 10 mins because I couldn’t deal with her yelling at the customers. Not worth it. Why does Saskatoon only have 1 Service Canada location? Seems pretty unreasonable for people to have to wait hours and hours on end especially when they’re only open during the weekdays and people have to work and go to school. Not practical whatsoever.

Worst experience - wanted to renew my passport but was unable to book an appointment. Waited in line outside for 3.5hrs to simply be put into another line for 2hrs. No options to sit down while we waited.

We were there Friday Feb 24 and they have a great system in place , we gave our names told we had an hour wait went for breakfast at Smitttys came back and we’re called immediately went in waited an hour , once called we were there for 15 more min and done The girl that helped us was amazing !thank you for making something we were dreading a pleasure !

If you're going to work 4 days a week, have hours where the rest of us 5 day work week personal can actually do buisness. There are 15 stations with only 6 employees if it is so backed up hire more staff. Commissionairs were rude.

Lovely staff, extremely kind and professional. Well organized system for different types of requests and realistic wait time estimates. Passport renewal took 1 hr of wait max, every other service is super quick

Terrible, from the wait times to the Commissionaires and actual federal workers who seemingly are always on break. They may be trained not to smile or be cheerful as that would take extra effort to be cheerful.

Best government office experience in memory. Did an expedited passport renewal and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Quite frankly amazed!

I needed to renew my passport and knew it would be a wait. Despite being very busy, there was clear communication each step of the way. You check in at the front door, then wait outside until there’s room inside. You’ll receive a number, then head up to the counter once your number is called. The whole experience took 3 hours on a very busy Monday, but I chose to walk in and not book an appointment. My only feedback would be more seating for those waiting outside as there were multiple seniors and people with mobility issues who were clearly uncomfortable.
