I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION MILLIONS OF TIMES and never once do they fail to disappoint me and NOT ONLY do they mess up the orders they are extremely rude this fat lady with brown hair working in the sandwich area was the most rude and unorganized worker I’ve ever met. I tried to talk to her to let her know I was missing a HASHBROWN something so small and she gave me the hand and walked away from me and yelled at me that I never ordered it like a literal hashbrown. I have worked at Tim hortons before and I have NEVER made nearly the amount of mistakes that occurs at fall River it’s unbelievable

Consistently the absolute slowest Tim's in the province with terrible customer service. Just go to McDonald's or subway across the street for your coffee it's better and faster. Terrible location.

Staff are friendly, however service is very slow. Coffee has been on the strong side for a while. Not liking that. Staff are paying more attention to uber orders and mobile orders way more than people coming into Tim's and ordering.

I do not normally frequent fast food chains. I wanted to pick up some Time bits for the mechanics st my auto shop, for taking such good care of my vehicle. I was never the Time in Fall River, N.S. so decided the drive through was too busy, do I went into the shop and there were 3 people in front of me. I watched as the 7 cars in the drive thru received their orders and there were still 3 people in front of me. They finally opened a second cash and placed my order after 2 of the people in front of me. I received my order first as it was easy to make. I would not have stayed if I was on a time schedule. I know my mechanics enjoyed the treat, but next time I will go elsewhere.

The worst location, hands down. Slow, incorrect order and offered a sorry we get busy at lunchtime". I know that. I watched nine cars pull out of line because they waited SO long. If you know you get busy at certain times

Infuriating how much my order gets made incorrectly or just completely wrong items. Never has anything in stock. Completely incompetent staff. Last time I worked in the food industry, I don't remember it being that hard to take an order.

Two mornings in a row they gave me the wrong order. Today I ordered black and it had an R written on it. I asked because they have been messing orders up for me and the young kid said it's black. 10 Mins later it's cooled and I taste it and it's a double double.Anyways. Lines are long and orders r messed up except when the more experienced ladies are working. The problem is I have driven to work before I taste the coffee, then I have to go to a Tim's close to my work to reorder.
