Wow. Dr. Thordarson is a real problem-solver! I had an infected root canal that became very painful while on a boating trip through The North Channel. Dr. T was on vacay in New York City. He called in a prescription to just about the only drug store on Manitoulin Island and I picked up the penicillin. To fix the problem, I tried to book an appointment at the endodontist who did the original root canal. He was booked solid for 3 weeks and my pain was getting worse (I was then off the antibiotics). Dr. T. got me in the very next day! And the doctor (Michael Hepworth) was incredible! He said I had brought him a difficult tooth" and I was in The Chair over 2 hours! That evening

Absolutely the best dental care I've ever experienced. Steve is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate - and he has a sense of humour to boot! The office is meticulously clean and is filled with Steve's cool artwork!! The bite adjustment that Dr. Steve performed has been life-changing in treating my migraines and jaw pain. I can't say enough about how great Steve and all the staff at NEO dental are. I've found my forever dentist. :-)

Dr. Steve is the best dentist we have ever had. When I was having problems and told I needed a root canal, all of the nightmarish stories I had ever heard came to mind. Fast forward to me sitting in the chair asking Dr Steve if that was it? Are we done? All of the staff are friendly and professional. They are aware that I do not have dental benefits and have always kept that in mind when billing. Truly a first class dentist and team.

The staff are super nice, but not very good at dealing with insurance companies. My insurance company (manulife) told me to find a new dentist after giving up trying to figure out what they were trying to bill for. I specifically asked Neo Dental at the start if they followed the Insurance Company's guidelines and fee structures but on three of four bills they surprised me with fees that exceeded standard rates or were not covered by insurance. Super nice people, but super frustrating to deal with if you are also trying to submit bills to your insurance company.

My carpool buddy recommended Dr Steve to me. I found him to be knowledgeable, caring and have a very high social IQ. Their direct submissions to my dental plan make payments smooth as can be. My teeth thank him!

I decided to give them a try after seeing a very cheeky Christopher Walken joke as an advertisement for walk-ins, best decision a joke has ever lead me to! Dr. Steve fixed identified an issue that was causing migraines within my first visit, game changer! Give them a try!
