Something went wrong on pay pal with my first order and I double ordered. Nathan from IHL called me shorty after because he noticed the 2 similar transactions and worked diligently to resolve the issue. It’s been a while since it’s felt like a customer service representative actually cares. Received the tools a few days later and happy as a pig in mud. Got a very good deal on some Wera hand tools

These people are committing consumer fraud on a daily basis.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEMDo not believe their staff or what they advertise in their site. They advertise Heavy Duty Fence Posts item 17355, I confirmed the weight on the phone with Shawn to ensure they were HEAVY DUTY BY WEIGHT as the description on the web site DOES NOT STATE WEIGHT PER FOOT. I received a call from Shawn who confirmed that the weight of your HEAVY DUTY FENCE POST was 1.35lbs. But then you sell me an inferior product and refuse to credit me WITHOUT any compensation after I made all the effort to ensure I was getting the correct product. That's FRAUD 100%. And then having staff members continuously transferring me from one so called manager to another as a joke and then being told by a staff we'll call you back with an answer first thing Monday knowing they weren't going to be in" . YOU are the one who needs to be careful Dominic De Giorgio especially if YOU know what is going on with your business. Great way to run your business Dominic. What's your email this way the dirty laundry stays private.Let me add this

I’ve been to a few other stores for tools, and the service and prices that IHL offer beat everything that I’ve seen before. My thanks in particular to Bryan H for his help and getting me set up for my apprenticeship. All the best.

I have nothing but nice words to say about this place, staff is knowledgeable professional and friendly. I use them all the time for my tool purchases. Best part is that they are local and prices are fantastic. IHL keep up the amazing work you do on a regular basis.

Wonderful store for those who value and buy high quality tools. Most prices are better than Amazon or anywhere else for high quality tools such as knipex, which are not easy to find in the city.Large selection of speciality tools.

This is a tool shop with a full range of items at affordable prices. There are a few times a year where you can find super cheap prices. Even if I live about 100 kilometers away from this store, I will follow their news and activities. Also, their flyer is basically not published online, you need to go to the store to explore. In short, this is a store that is extremely worthy of care and attention.

The perfect trio...There's 3 things I was looking for in this transaction:The best product, a salesperson who knew what they were doing, and the unit given to me ready to use.1) The Honda mower: the HRN216 is exactly what I was looking for - a bullet-proof machine that would last me for ages. After owning for a month I can confidently say it fits the bill. This mower starts first time/ every time, runs flawlessly, and cuts and collects the grass perfectly. No it isn't self propelled, but I don't require it so for me it's not missed. It sips fuel and runs smooth. Very happy and will be for years to come.2) Sales: a quick trip to the Contractor's desk and was looked after by Andrea. The Honda's were in very limited supply and no one was sure if they even had any in stock. All I did was tell her what I wanted and she did everything. Found the unit, clearly marked sold" with my name on it
