Marianne was very cruel and evil towards me. Shocking bad horrible attitude. It makes no sense that she asks you for your card info over the phone does the delivery and two days later comes back to harass and insult you and the person she delivered to about a declined card.Even after taking the payment to her in store she continues the insults. Very vulgar dogmatic behaviour. Her attitude was so rotten that I could not help but wonder if she was attempting to defraud me by taking more than expected off my account or trying to double debit me...something is not right . I have never seen someone behave like this to a person who is trying to support a business. I just cannot stop thinking about her attitude ...it was beyond human reasoning

Used them twice, once on Mother's day while every shop was closed and another family occasion. Owner lady is super nice. Would definitely use her shop and services again.

I have been dealing here exclusively for the last few years. The arrangements are always colorful and beautiful. Everytime they are recieved with awe and amazement.No more of buying wilting flowers from Zehrs or overpriced from other florists. It is always appreciated the types and assortment of flowers put into these arrangements. Even when I have special requests, such as adding lightbulbs into the bouquet, she does so with professionalisim and quality.I highly reccomend Simply Elegant Flowers
