Ordered online. Asked for extra sauce (which I was charged for, for the first time in my life) and well done. What I got was a dry and undercooked pizza. Even the cheese and toppings were super chincy. The 2 stars are for the service that I received when I picked it up.

Funnel fries and cheese pizza and funnel fries are amazing! Got put on hold first time I called than they forgot me on hold 30mins later than called back and excellent service

Tried to order online. Wasnt able to as it states they don't deliver to our address. but they do because I've had them deliver. So when I called my order in, it was about $10 more compared to online ordering. Was told there was an extra charge for extra sauce and double cheese. The website online ordering does not show this. Shows thick crust only as an extra charge. Also when you go under Cheese tab and select double cheese, the is no * to say it's an extra charge for the double cheese. So just a heads up. Still good pizza but money is money.

The dough is softer and like say different and better. There is a desi ambiance. Service is valuable. Big satisfaction. More pizzazz less cardboard. Excellent taste.

If I could leave a zero star I would.Sadly we order a pizza from here for some friends we had over. Ordered meat lovers pizza and the meat potion size was like a pepperoni pizza. Spent $48 for a party pizza. We are very shocked. Disappointed in the company for their poor customer service skills. Recommend the other pizza places in town.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery, was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour for delivery as usual, called after an hour and a half and was told it would be in the next 5 minutes. Over an hour and 40 minutes after ordering it showed up and I did not accept the delivery. A phone call after with the manager, they offered a credit or discount, too late for that. Will never try ninos again

Good food here! Love the cup and char pizza! Got large pizza 3 toppings with onions rings and 2 lbs of wings and it was $50, not too bad at all. Wings were medium and had a tasty sauce and were crispy! I would of put 5 star but there was a big hair in my wings lol (barf)Where your hair nets! And be mindful of hair in people’s food.

We've ordered from here tons of times for pick up and delivery, always hot and delicious! We've even ordered about 8 pizzas for a work lunch and everything was perfect. My personal favourites are the buffalo chicken or the barbecue chicken pizza. Will be ordering again this weekend for a family birthday party :)
