Alanna is a true professional, who did a wonderful job of my eyebrows. The micro blading was perfection and she was able to match the exact eyebrow colour and shape that I was after.

If I could give -100 trust me I would. A dear friend of mine went through the horror of having a mastectomy and breast reconstruction via Dr Nancy Van Laeken. She went into Dr Nancy Van Laekens office to have a her nipple tattooed by Alannah Lane of Avalon Spa and Wellness Centre Inc. Dr Nancy Van Laeken came in and froze the area then left the room. Alannah Lane according to my friend didn't appear to know what she was doing. Constantly looking at the nipple stencil about 10 different times?? Slinging the tattoo gun cord over her shoulder???Yet still didn't get the correct size. Her husband asked about after care. She provide NO after care instructions just to leave the bandage on for 1 week!!?? Several days later the bandage was soaked in blood and pus started to seep out the bottom of the bandage. She contacted Alannah Lane of Avalon Spa and Wellness Centre Inc and asked her about the 1 week she once again confirmed her ideology of leaving a bandage on a tattoo for one week??? Then she was sent the picture of the blood soaked bandage and she instructed her to go to the emergency room.Which was done and was told that it was infected!! She was placed on an IV drip and was told to return the following day for even more antibiotics.2 days of going to the emergency room and due to this trauma caused by Alannah Lane of Avalon Spa and Wellness Centre Inc. she has given up on her hopes and dreams of feeling normal after battling breast cancer. I wouldn't trust Alannah Lane of Avalon Spa and Wellness Centre Inc to colour in my 3 year old kids colouring book let alone do any kind of tattooing or any kind of cosmetic procedure.

Alanna is an AMAZING massage therapist. After the massage I feel like a million bucks.I get a weekly massage and she pays close attention to the key areas where I needed that “extra something” that makes you want to go and get the massage in the first place. She is very polite and friendly. Her spa is very nice and the ambiance is soothing to the eye and ear. I would definitely recommend Avalon Spa & Wellness centre spa to anyone wanting to get a therapeutic massage as it has helped me so much.

Alannah a fabulous artist. She's patient, and takes her time working with you. She did an absolutely beautiful job on my eyebrows. I totally trust her for any permanent makeup.
