i have held off writing a review for this spa but after giving them a second chance i just have to speak up.first i tried laser for over a yr, spent thousands of dollars and had little to no success (did electrolysis after and with two sessions had no hair in the treated area) LA spa didnt bother to mention my hair is ginger and the laser wouldnt work, this was the first thing electrolysis lady (diff business) told me. so thank you for taking my money LA.secondly after a year decided to try waxing with them (diff body part), not only was it painfully slow but when i was told the charge at check out i thought it was a joke. Something that costs 15$ to wax with literally any other place was 60$ at LA....i wanted to support this business as its in my lovely town but literally cant forgive the absurd way its run.

LA Laser & Spa is such a beautiful welcoming space, the staff are informative and knowledgeable making you feel comfortable every step of the way. Launa is a Laser wizard highly recommend seeing her for all your laser hair removal needs! I can’t wait to try more services at this amazing spa!

The ambiance was great. Amanda was very welcoming and got my coverage all set up. Chailene was waiting for me at the front and i had a nice intro to my massage before getting started with her. Use of hot towels was lovely and I found the massage very enjoyable. I was dealing with a sore shoulder and the mix of pressure was great. There was a bit of environmental noise but only briefly. I got a tour of the entire Spa which is a house that has been converted to the nines to facilitate their many services. There are different rooms for the various treatments and they are so beautifully decorated. I’ll definitely be going back

I had the most amazing spa day here! I was calling everywhere trying to find a place I liked and almost didn't chose LA Spa because I wanted to get a package that included a body scrub and wrap but the lady I talked to (I think she was also the owner) said they didn't have everything setup fully quite yet, but she gave me such great customer service and was able to offer me a package that did indeed include a body wrap and scrub! She made it work for me and I appreciated it. I was with Angela for my whole session. Started with a luxury pedicure, then the body scrub and mud wrap, relaxation hot stone massage and the rainforest facial for the cherry on top. It was so relaxing and I even got a mocktail and snack inbetween for a short break. I will be returning for more pampering ♥️♥️ thank you so much LA Spa!

I am not one for doing the extra things. I was slightly apprehensive going in and was put at ease instantly. The ladies were just fabulous! The environment so calming and beautiful. I felt re assured and informed and will definitely be following up with further services. Thank you for everything!

My facial took care of what I was looking for ~ a deep cleansing and relaxing ~ some facials I had only focus on the face thankfully the facial I had at LA Laser focused on my neck and chest ~ thank you Sivan for a great experience ~ I will definitely be back

I have been hesitant about going to an dmt my whole life over body insecurities but Chailene really makes you feel comfortable and that you've got a safe space to relax. will be coming back more regularly. she also worked out a knot I've had since I was a child and never knew what that ache was. very cool!
