Just horrible!!! Terrible service, very old school. Bad selection, prehistoric methods of payment and ordering. Takes forever to get things and then it’s the wrong things. They don’t check anything. Just avoid !!!

Worst experience ever. No service, products are of poor quality. Definitely worth paying more and go somewhere else. Otherwise you put yourself at risk to be disappointed.

The salesperson I had wasn't good. I had to push to get any help from him. He didn't take time to ask and learn what I need or show me an assortment of product.Getting him to help was like pulling teeth. I was able to leave with a quote for one custom rug, but if he took time to help me he would have learned that I'm looking for 2 custom rugs + wall-to-wall carpet for a bedroom.I'll be going elsewhere. I won't spend money with businesses that have poor customer service.

If you choose the Bernard store, I implore you to work with John. He is decisive, reliable, energetic and courteous. The installer, Zach, is also wonderful. I cannot emphasize too strongly that John is the person with whom to deal at this location.

It's been around for quite some time. Selection was good, the sales person was polite, knowledgeable and patient. Combining the cost of carpet, underlayment, labor and taxes put them second on our choices from 3 different stores for similar product.

Why do you have only French signage,you are allowed to put English too at 1/2 the size.The Anglophone community needs support with our language if you want it to still exist in Montreal.We've been here more than 220 years and should vouch for each other in maintaining it.We bought at your store way back in the 70's .A Montreal gem for sure.

Poor customer service. It's as though we have to run after them to get service. I went to the store and Mr Joseph said he would call back, he didn't. Then I had to call him back. He said he would send me some photos of carpets, never did! Wow thanks for nothing other than wasting my time! I guess i was unlucky to get Mr Joseph, because I briefly to Mr François who seemed much more interested in helping customers.

These guys are rip off merchants. They estimated twice as many tiles as we needed for our bathroom, which doubled the price, then when the order was messed up and delayed they didn't even call us to tell us (which delayed our project and cost us money). When I called to make a complaint the guy was EXTREMELY rude over the phone, telling me I was telling stories". Unless you enjoy crap customer service from people who rip you off
