For groceries, some deals but most things average price. Housewares smaller stuff/kitchenware is more expensive yet not as good quality as things at the dollar store. There's decent clothing basics like socks, under shirts etc. For fair prices. Wandering through the fashion side, 3 associates stood in a cluster loudly discussing something probably better said in the lunchroom, I waited a moment to ask a question but none stopped chatting long enough to acknowledge me. Not much different on the grocery side, same situation with two other associates. Seemed more like social hour than concerned with customer service.

Self checkouts should not be an excuse for poor serviceWhen you have to stand in line for a cash transaction for well over 15mins while listening to two fully able employees chit chatting and socializing standing doing NOTHING but yet there is another cash register open does not help customer experienceThe fact the manager on duty doesn't not acknowledge a customer complaint but does make a snide comment regarding my experience as she walked away...unacceptable !Crossing shopping here off my list of places to go

Great deals but since they have put in self checkouts in the hanover location they seem to only have 1 cashier on and you have to wait forever to cash out.
