John has been absolutely amazing. He looks into things even the best home inspectors neglect. He's professional, efficient, and explains everything. The reports sent out after with pictures and details cover everything you need. He also has amazing contact to anything needing repair and how to get home owners rebates through programs and the government to cut the costs down. We're still on the hunt for a home and so thankful that John caught a major problem in the home we had been accepted on or else it would have been quite a nightmare!
