Waiting over than 1 hour for an in restaurant pick up. This is beyond slow, I'm not sure if they understand they are in the fast food business. They can't read an order or understand when people speak to them. Claim they are understaffed when they have 15 people working. Worst Mc Donald's experience ever! Do we deserve this to wait to longer …

Wait time unreasonable. There was supposedly a complication with our order, in the kitchen, and instead of informing us and asking if we minded tacking on another 10 minutes to our 20 minute wait (about 10 minutes, before we got to order because only 1cashier in front of the house and a small group that ordered just before us and sat inside left before we got a breakfast sandwich trio) they said nothing. Had they approached us to admit error and ask if we mind waiting we could have requested cancelling what was missing and go along our merry way. (Also I wouldn't have lay into the poor girl behind the counter. I was rude, and truly am sorry to her . But wasn't lying when I said for fast food the people in the back were moving pretty slow)When I made a scene after getting sick of waiting, excuses were made. Management failed to take responsibility. The proper responses should have been:- is there something we can do to make it up to you?Or- we will be happy to cancel and re-emburse you for what's missing, and you can just go with what is prepared.NOT: it's not my fault, I was on break and just got back.Call it lack of training, or perhaps the company just has such disregard for their clients?

Mobile service took half an hour. I had to go inside to ask for my order that was ready and just sitting there because what seemed like half the staff was on break and one employee wanted to get his lunch. Worst service ever. Not worth the wait.

MQ 27 mobile order we wait from last 1 hour and when reached window the man over there refuses to gave . He was very rude... have no sense how to talk to customer... worst experience ever with Macdonald..Advice not to go there it was waste of time

Worst McDonald’s ever, the order is always wrong and the quality of the food is horrible. So sad that is the only restaurant open late in DoorDash. Avoid at all costs if you have another option.
