Friendly and professional owner. I order from out of province and items do not take long to come to my door, they also come clean and as described. Buying thrift clothing can be hard over the internet because you're not sure if the item will come as described, this is not something I worry about when ordering with Refa's thrift closet.

My favourite thing about this company is that they give back to the community and support local charities, they are also a small black owned business with the most amazing customer service! The items come in the nicest personalized bags, such a great touch! You definitely do not feel that you are getting thrifted items! What an amazing way to support a small business and your local community! Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely be back!
