Kevin was very knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful in explaining items and answering questions. This is our 3rd home inspection, and it was by far the most thorough report with detailed pictures, explanations of issues, and probable cost to repair. Kevin is an educated professional, great analyzer, and has nice attitude which all make him an excellent choice! He inspected my house starting from outside, garage, basement, inside the house and roof. He explains issues in details and makes sure you understand the technical side of your house. He sent me a detailed report with pictures of the inspection on the same day evening to my email, which is really a good thing to have! If something happens, I not worried at all, because he is there for you!

Kevin came highly recommended and we would highly recommend him too. Through and able to answer any questions. The specialized report was a PDF with pictures that was way more specific and useful than the typical binder. He teaches inspectors at a college. The guy you want.

Kevin performed a buyer's building inspection for us. We arrived at the site to find him already on the roof. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate. He identified issues that others would not see and went into the places others would not go. Can't recommend this fellow enough.
