**0/5 stars** Terrible salon experience. Went for a mani pedi, the lady cut my skin three different times and was bleeding throughout the appointment. No discount for their services was offered and had to pay full price even though my nails were bloody by the end of the appointment. Would not recommend and return for any other services.

Just moved to Abby and was in desperate need of a quick pedicure. This place was close to me so thought I would try it. Aside from not understanding where to wash my hands and feeling like an idiot...I think everyone was staring at me...all was fine. I would like to go back when I'm more settled to try other services for sure. The place was super clean and had massaging chairs (always a bonus). I was with Sandy who was sweet and polite.

Me and my daughter have been coming here for years, even when we moved 43 kilometers away. The staff is so friendly, great prices. Lisa is my girl. I won't go anywhere else!

I went to get shellac for my nails.The nail artist was lovely, super sweet.But the nails weren't.I tried to get the shape fixed, and when I came back in the lady at the counter rolled her eyes at me as I walked up. I asked if I could get the shape fixed, and she called the nail artist ov to meet me at the station. When the nail artist looked, she acted like she didn't see a problem. I got her to fix" the really bad nail

My sister and I have gone to JJ’s for several years. We have always been happy with the quality and prices of their services. If a mistake was made, they were able to fix it no problem. I highly recommend them .

this time i wasn’t happy with the service. my nails started lifting in one day and were very bumpy. i always have a different lady do my nails so i amnot sure if it was the artist but my nails didn’t turn out to be as good. the most disappointing part is being a regular client i didn’t want to leave a bad review so i tried to contact them through the web form but no one responded
