It was a very good experience dealing with A&M Gold Buyers and especially with Ali who patiently and graciously helped us through the process of selling our gold and silver jewellery. Ali was very professional and upfront which we appreciated. We also appreciated the fact that their website posts the value of scrap gold jewellery and that their scales are government certified and you see everything being tested, weighed and priced. Very pleased with the prices and the service we received.

I went to this Jewellery store to sell some gold Jewelry.. Person at the counter was very rude and in a hurry.. he was trying to cheat by not confirming the price of the gold and trying to rush me into selling the gold without even given the proper information.. He seemed uninterested in buying and treating customer like a beggar. Trust me I usually don’t give out reviews but this is hands down worst customer experience I have had since I have been to canada which is five years.. will not recommend this place to anyone..dated 23rd June 2023 at 5.45 pm.Just an update for everyone… the reply from owner is just a coverup as there was no misunderstanding from my end… it was a clear case of trying to rip off the customer by hiding information like weight of the gold and showing disinterest in buying.

I was quoted $320 and $400 for my 18k gold bracelet weighing at 16.38g at various other gold shops. I called these guys over the phone and they gave me a price that was well over both other places. I live in RH but made the journey and these guys gave me even more than what they quoted me. Final sale was $500. Friendly service, quick transaction. Highly recommend. thank you!

I just got home from visiting A&M Gold Buyers in Ajax and I have to say Ali was fantastic. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. The price he gave me for my scrap jewelry was more than fair in my opinion but it was his genuine kindness and his gentleman type attitude that gives him 5 stars from me. I highly recommend A&M and especially Ali for his great customer service.
