My child and I enjoyed the playground but the shade is sparce and the benches felt a little low and missed all the shade

It's dark and cold but not in an arena way. The locker rooms are more spacious than other old rinks but the shared washrooms are terrible. The trusses are low so there will be many whistles. There are two different prices for All Dressed chips in the vending machine

Very old arena, with one pad, dressing rooms are very small but well maintained. Lots of parking available. Is being replaced in the coming years.

This has to be the coldest arena in the city maybe even the country. Now that the ice is gone they play lacrosse here. The parking lot is small, the dressing rooms are small and the washrooms are pathetic.

It's an old ice arena converted for general usage. There is no real HVAC, so dress for the outside weather even though you will inside.

I like this arena. We have derby practice and there's room for both Juniors and Adults. It gets a little chilly in the winter. The staff is great. Covid measures are in place.

It is what it is... An older arena which has been repurposed. Its clean, the rooms are reasonable and its chilly till you get running.I'd just recommend leaving anything of value locked in your car. The rooms have locks, but if you don't remember to lock the shared bathroom, don't expect your things to be there.

The arena is great to play in except for the fact that it is colder inside than it is outside! There's no ice - we're playing ball hockey and roller derby - but they seem to maintain it as if the ice is in place. Our refs call the games wearing winter coats and balaclavas! It's earning the name Shiverwoods"."
