This place is great!Dr. Patel addressed all the issues I was having with my eyesight and educated me on options to eliminate my issues.They were also able to direct-bill my insurance company so that I didn't have to pay out-of-pocket for my new glasses.Very happy with the quality of service.

My parents, Be and Steven, went to this place to get their eye examinations done, and it couldn't have gone any better. Dr. Patel did an excellent job, as she is very thorough and attentive to my parents' concerns; she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff and customer service provided were phenomenal. My parents are extremely satisfied with their experience, and I hope to go here for my own examinations from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at Polaris Eye Care. Dr. Yew gave a very through exam, more checks than others I’ve had in the past. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was patient and friendly. All the other staff in the location were also friendly and nice! The office is sharp and clean looking as well. I’ll definitely be going back and also bringing my daughters there going forward for their eye exams!

Dr Yew and Patel with their associates/staff are amazing! They take their time to explain each procedure and findings from the testings etc. Something I find very rare these days. Thanks for the consistency and being so awesome!

I found Dr. Yew's practice doing a Google search online and decided to book an appointment with her (based on the reviews) and I was not disappointed. My exam was thorough and I felt very comfortable asking all my questions. Dr. Yew was the utmost professional and provided me explanations about the tests she performed. She even followed up with me about eye drop recommendations as I mentioned this during my exam but forgot to ask her about it when I was leaving. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yew if you're looking for an optometrist in the Durham region!

I had my eye appointment with Dr. Diana Yew, who is an excellent eye doctor.I was scheduled in rather quickly and was admitted on time. Dr. Yew is an extremely committed and through eye doctor who has a passion for her craft.I ended up with a new prescription that is the best I’ve had.She had suggested I get retina photos done after anomaly was identified after she did a very thorough analysis of the photos. I was promptly scheduled to see a specialist for further examination which I was very happy about.The quality of your eye doctor is paramount to your eye Heath and I 100% recommend you book with Dr. Yew !Thanks and Good-luckDwayne

Dr. Yew and her team are amazing! They are very attentive and the high level of customer service is the reason my family keeps coming back. If you have young children, I highly recommend bringing them here. Dr. Yew used techniques that kept my kid engaged during appointments - this made them go really smoothly (a feat with any child) .
