I had the unfortunate situation where an AirBnB guest did not settle their account and had their accommodation canceled. They refused to leave my place and I had to get the SSPS to help me.The phone call was handled quickly and professionally. Two officers were at my door in less than half an hour. They handled the situation professionally showing respect for the guest and myself.I was relieved and commend the officers and person on the phone for excellent service.

I went in to report a collision and get a collision report. The person I talked to was super nice and very helpful.

STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED A VSC CHECK FOR EMPLOYMENT - Very rude front desk officer - Needed to order a vulnerable sector check, and they said it would 2 - 3 weeks to get this. Seriously? At other agencies it can take less than a day. Asked the lady POLITELY if the request could be expedited as it was very important and time sensitive, but she cut me off mid-sentence saying no we don't expedite anything". They don't seem to understand that getting these checks completed in a timely manner has an effect on peoples' livelihoods. The lady honestly could not care less and puts a bad image out for the rest of the force there in Bradford. If you care about the community

I went in for a vulnerable sector check , yes I had to wait at the window towards the office eventhough the staff was sitting over there.Called two times in two weeks for my Vunerable sector check report ,the reply i always got was its mailed already and to wait for the post.I am trying to call them again on the third week yet no reply.I do not know what more to do .This is causing delay in my job application by one full month.Its a pathetic situation.

Great staff. My neighbor had hit my door 5 times during 2 months and started insulting and swearing me with bad attitude and F- words. He believed that my mom and I had made noise several times which was not fair. I have never had this experience before. It was very scary and my 75 year old mom had a feeling of anxiety. The officer who was very helpful listened to my story very carefully. I know his job is really hard and full of risk and I thought my problem is not as important as others , so I kept quiet and not to complain to the Police. But the officer took time for me to listen to my problem and my statement , he was very respectful to me and acted equal to other problems. Super fast and accurately. Thank you very much Simoe Police Service.

Police Officer Smith from the South Simcoe Police Service is very rude and doesn't have proper manners to talk to people. The officer in question came to our house regarding a vehicle we had bought recently. She was very rude and said that there was a unpaid lien on our car. we shows her official government documentation which said that there was no lien on the car but she did not listen to us and got our car towed anyway. Seem like she was involved with guy who came to pick up the vehicle. Her behaviours was not proper, she was being very rude to us and wasn't listening to anything we had to say. Also the Ballave guy he didn’t show any physical papers..still police officers were helping him to get our vehicle towed…..main thing was we showed our official government papers which has been issued by service Ontario.Honestly don’t rely on them…even i called the cops but still they helped the guy who came to get vehicle….

Completely ignorant! I went in there to get a vulnerable screening check done. I stood there by the front desk for a good while, The secretary said nothing, even though she could see that I was there! Once she came up to the window I got nothing but attitude! She was not helpful at all and I would not reccomend going to this location!
