Great Canadian Oil Change
What a great service team on thanksgiving sunday! I called in the previous day to confirm a specific filter in stock and spoke w Justin - so professional and friendly. I come in the following day for service and I’m greeted by Justin, who just like his phone presence is a pleasure to interact with. I was on my way home to BC but if I’m ever needing an oil change in the Edmonton area I know exactly where I’m going. My main interactions were w Justin but the whole team were incredibly friendly and accommodating as the excellent service was being done.

Great Canadian Oil Change
I've been coming here for a few years but today I learned they've been using the wrong oil all this time then there is an extra charge for my oil filter that never seemed to come up before.Oil change took an hour because the guy in the pitt was lost.If I can't trust them I can't go back...

Great Canadian Oil Change
Took our car in for an oil change. They educated us on the proper oil (I’ve always opted for synthetic but they recommended half and half due to high mileage) and inspected our vehicle free of charge. We watched them communicate with professionalism and proficiency. Will definitely be coming back for repairs and tune ups.

Took my in-laws' car for an oil change. I was clueless, but the staff were super friendly. The whole process was a breeze and I'm so grateful. Plus, the price was pretty reasonable. I'm definitely gonna be a regular here!

This place is fantastic. Everyone is always so professional and friendly, walking me through the whole process. My car is always really well taken care of. Ryan especially took time to explain his recommendations for services and really went above and beyond. Always appreciate coming here!

Great Canadian Oil Change
They flushed my transmission fluid and didn't put anything back, then admitted fault and didn't want to pay for the damages. Don't waste your time on this place.
