First, I would like to say that the hardware used by Paradise Smart Home are high quality and great value, I had a bunch of things installed into my new home (security cameras, alarm system, home theater system, receiver/amps for my B/I speakers throughout the house, and garage door opener), and everything has been up to my expectation or better. Jacob and his technicians were amazing throughout the two days of installation, they were very patient with my questions and when an issue occurred, they had no problem troubleshooting it to find a solution. All the wiring were done very tidy and organized throughout the home. I plan to continue working with Jacob and Paradise Smart Home for my stage 2 of automating my home. Highly recommended to anyone looking to upgrade their house to be more SMART!

I would say Paradise Smart Homes is simply the best! The one place for all your home automation. Very knowledgeable staff. I met the owner and one of the installers who were brilliant with their product knowledge and were able to go beyond expectations to help me achieve my goal. Their customer service is amazing and I never have to wait long to get someone on the call. They deliver what they promise with superior quality. The company is amazing. We got security cameras installed high quality and professional done. They also installed the SkyBell for our door bell truly impressed by Jacob’s knowledge about his job. Excellent service. Got them to fix our security alarm system and garage door. Entire process took less than 20 mins. They even helped fix the tv mount that was wonky. Highly recommend!!

Jacob and his team did a clean and professional installation of 2 Chamberlain B750C WiFi garage door openers and stepped me through the setup and registration process as well after the install was complete. They cleaned up afterwards and their price was very fair and came to install within 4 days of placing the order. This was the second time I used Jacob’s services and I will gladly use his services again if I move to another new construction home.
