BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE...I'm always one to tip my hairdresser but when I attempted to pay.. the only options displayed was NO TIP, 10$, 15$,20$I couldn't even select a custom tip..I do not appreciate being forced to tip a specific amount

One time it $20 bucks....next time it's $30. I can never be sure I will be treaten fairly. A 1/3 increase from haircut to haircut. Totally unfair pricing. the quality of the cut also varies considerably.

Went in for a haircut and it took 10 minutes longer than it should have because instead of cutting my hair, my hair dresser was talking to her co-worker about how the government is tracking our cell phones, shut up and do your job.

Wont go again, they messed up a simple buzz cut and beard trim. Hairs were pulled a few times with clippers as well. She also was gonna charge me full price when buzz cuts were on sale.

The ValCaron girls knew the back sink was broken and did not tell us. Brought my mother who is 90 to sink and it fell hit her arm and lower back No sorry nothing . they actually laughed. Now I have to bring to see doctor Many thank you

I had an appointment booked for Thursday at 2pm. I received an email canceling the appointment after I had been turned away at the salon. DON'T book online, they won't honour the appointment

Worst place to go in valcaronI made my wife a appointment for a certain hair color to be done they did a consultation with my wife and told her they could do the hair that she wanted and they completely botched it when I asked for a refund a worker (tasha) started screaming at me to get the F out of the store and other profanity she also refused to give me the store owner or managers phone number and told me if I didn't leave the store she will call the cops I posted a picture of what the hair was supposed to look like and what the outcome was

Went in as a walk in twice now, for a trim and some layering. The stylist was careful not to cut my curly bangs too short, without needing to be explicitly told. I used to be in the habit of not even asking stylists to cut them, because they were always cut halfway up my forehead no matter which studio I went, due to how my hair dries. So, appreciated!
