The atmosphere in this salon is just so nice. A lot of care and effort gets put in to making it a relaxing, comforting environment where you can go to truly get pampered. Lillie is an amazing, caring person who does everything in her power to make you feel relaxed and calm, and want to spend hours there. When it comes to the work she does, you won’t find anyone who is more detail orientated or as professional as she is. She is very knowledgeable in her work, and it is clearly her passion. She cares a lot about what she is doing and it shows in the quality of her work. I always leave there with amazing hair and I know for fact that she can wax my eyebrows and make it look effortless. As for professionalism, she has always been professional in my experience, whether she answers the phone and makes an appointment right away or you leave and message and she calls back that day to see to your needs.

I have been a client for 35 years. I am also a licensed hairdresser. Innovations has been the cleanest, most stylishly decorated salon I have ever been in. From my prom updo to my glorious wedding mermaid hair. Everything before, in between and after has been amazing. The industry work, professionalism and hospitality is top shelf and and I have made and continue to make lasting friendships, business connections and networking opportunities here. I cannot say enough positive things about this salon. My hair and heart love Innovations!

I have been a client of Lillie's since I started getting my hair cut as a kid (22 years). Over the years she has given me colour, a perm, bob hairstyles, shoulder length cuts and currently long, layers. Needless to say, there is a reason I have never looked around for a different hairstylist. Lillie is ALWAYS up to date on the current styles and trends and has experience that outreaches anyone I know resulting in fabulous cuts, colours, perms and updos. Her privately owned shop is a small, cozy, beautiful space where the focus is on the quality of the hair style and the happiness of the customer. Being the sole stylist at the shop, her focus during appointments may result in missed calls. Be sure to leave a message with your name and number clearly stated and I guarantee you will not regret your experience there!

I don't have enough amazing things to say about Lillie! Not only did she SQUEEZE me in between my friend's cut/color when the province was reopening and hair appointments were hard to come by, but she also did a phenomenal job with my hair! She was kind, extremely lovely to talk to and I had an all around awesome experience. If you want a personal and kind experience, seriously look no further.

Would of given zero stars if that was an option. Employees are not professional. Rude to customers who are calling to book appointments. Most of the time there is not even an answer when you try to phone to book an appointment. Seems like they don’t want clients. I’d recommend going to a more reputable company than this one. A company that actually answers their phone, cares about their clients, are nice to them, and care about the work they do. You definitely won’t get that pleasant experience here as you would elsewhere.

I have been going to Innovations for 30 years. I have always been treated very pleasantly and professionally. I have only received 100% attention during my appointments. Phone calls are generally not answered during appointments, especially when the calls come from telemarketers, so clients can receive total and individual attention. Of course there is an answering machine to leave messages and those calls are returned in the evening when no clients are being serviced. I absolutely love the styling of my hair and will not go elsewhere, ever. Totally recommend Innovation Hair Design!!

Lillie has been doing my hair for about 13 years now. I've only had positive experiences and have recommended her to several friends. I always have her full attention and the atmosphere is amazing. I was just in today for highlights and a cut - feeling fabulous!

I tried to call this salone to get a hair appointment. I called three times as they do not have an answering machine. Thinking, mabye the receptionist was busy. She finally answered hello?" Quite rudely i might add.... and i said hi there! ... exvited to finally get through.She then rezpo ded in a shrill voice" what do you want

Best salon I have ever been to. Lillie always gives me exactly what I want. I have been a client of this salon for over 30 years and have never been anything but 100% Satisfied with everything. You won't find a nicer more loving and caring person. She treats her clients like family and they get 100% of her attention while in her salon (which could be why she doesn't answer her phone during the day - unless she has a break) but she always returns calls at the end of her day. if I could give more than 5 Stars I would !
