We had the most amazing experience with Dr Orstein and the team at Michael Garron.We would highly recommend Michael Garron for expecting parents. We were overwhelmed by the support of the nurses and the continuous care of Dr Orstein throughout the process.It was a long haul but the love we feel for our baby girl made it all worth it and the care made life a lot easier.

It seems like either she really hates her job or is too old for it but doesnt want to retire. I had the most traumatizing delivery experience with her recently just because she was on call at the hospital when I was giving birtj. Very poor bedside manner, unprofessional and rude. Was yelling at me for crying and made rude comments about my baby. She couldnt make a judgement call on an emergency csection for a long time while both baby and I were in distress. Finally another doctor took over and took me to operation room right away. She should retire yesterday.

The receptionist is flat out rude!!! I’m a first time mother a with lots of worries and no one deserve to be talked down to like I was for asking simple questions!!! I’m shaking right now!!! Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Way to make your patients feel at ease!!! And judging from the previous comments, I’m not the first to experience this disgusting behaviour! Do better!!!

Terrible receptionists, rude, speak over you & won't let me make an appointment despite me being a client here, seems to think I should go to a family doctor (which I dont have) or my midwife (which I no longer have since I'm almost a year post partum). I have received zero postnatal care & just needed an appointment. The receptionist then tells me to get a refferal to make an appointment with my OBGYN at this clinic (which is crazy). And honestly, after this I don't even wanna go back here - the OB isn't that great here either, and prior to my pregnancy she was very pushy about a traumatic proceedure and tried to push it on me. Which is why I opted into getting a midwife for my pregnancy, but they only see you until 6 weeks after birth. I'm 11 months post birth and have not received any health care for myself. Overall poor experience here.

Her receptionist Evelyn was less than polite and had condescending tone.In hurry, I went in without mask and she just threw me out, even though she had a box full of masks beside her and her right hand had almost reached the box to give one and then she stopped and wanted me to leave the office. This scenario could have been managed better.It was our first visit, we recently moved into city and Doctor was highly recommended. My spouse is in her 27th week and they were happy to accept her. Doctor Ornstein and Doctor Shirley conduct was thorough and professional, extremely happy with them both.

My daughter was diagnosed with an 18cm ovarian cyst and referred to Dr Ornstein, the Dr made a comment to the receptionist about not wanting anymore patients that day, and there were still 2 in the waiting room that heard this. She then saw us and advised the cyst was 30cm’s but she wanted an MRI done before surgery. A two month wait for this! She also led us to believe that there was no urgency. We made some enquiries and were referred to another gyno, who without an MRI was able to see her and have the laparoscopic surgery completed within the month. I would consider her a non-caring Dr and not a good advocate for her patients.

After waiting for over a year and a half to get an appointment with Dr Ornstein, I cant believe my experience. The appointment was very rushed. The doctor mentioned several times she only has 10min. I was constantly cut off, not ever given a chance to speak, because she had other commitments elsewhere, and had to go. She treated my issue with very little care and zero urgency. Even though i am in constant pain. I was sent to do some test, and have no clue what the results are. I am unable to speak to anyone at this clinic. I have been calling for over four weeks, they don't pick up their phones, and their v/m is always full. Very horrible service.
