Shawn is extremely competent and straightforward. He is knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection, and his report will be useful not just in the house purchase decision process but also in determining and prioritizing maintenance and repairs in the coming years. Peace of Mind Home Inspection
As a first time homebuyer, the entire process is a bit overwhelming. By far the easiest part was the home inspection. Shawn was extremely personable, flexible with his schedule, he was very thorough looking and documenting every detail no matter how big or small. He made sure I understood how things work and what should be done to correct or improve. He was also very good priced, comparison to other companies I called. I highly recommend Peace of Mind Home Inspection. I am so glad they were recommended to me.
