Home hardware is a down to earth place to shop. They don't always have stock but you can always get it ordered. Good advice is always available.Today I went back to the lumber desk to price out a raised planter. Andrew was good enough to help me be realistic about the project. It is always good to find helpful people.

We recently had two bathroom renos done and bought our vanities from Home Hardware in Aurora. I was so confused but Melissa was wonderful. She was so calm and helped me go through the process of picking my vanities. She also held the vanities at the store for a few months due to the delay in our reno. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the experience so great. I am attaching two pictures of the vanities. They are very good quality and if you would like nice vanities and great customer service go visit Melissa at Home Hardware.

If you need keys cut, go to this Home Hardware! I've never had to go back to have keys re-cut like what happens every time at Home Depot. The employees at this location know what they're talking about and genuinely seem to love their jobs. I highly recommend this store.

Staff are great. Super helpful and bring that small-town kindness that makes you feel at home. They have good stock, and they often have good deals. Recently they had a huge blow out sale and we picked up a few items for super discounted prices.

Highly recommend this store for bathroom renovations. The service rep is VERY knowledgeable, and is genuinely looking out for you (rather than just pushing the most expensive stuff at you, like they do at the big box stores). The faucet and shower hardware is high quality and looks great, but goes for a fraction of a cost you'd pay in a specialized bathroom store.
