Just a nice spot to enjoy your coffee and sit back and relax well I tell you the best thing I like they're is 4 cheese bagel toasted with butter and the service is great staff is lovely just just makes my day and another thing you've got to try to iced coffee on a hot day it's deadly Love it

They mess with my delivery order quite often. Today I ordered large cream of broccoli soup but they ended up sending me bacon soup most probably. I also found their food quality less than Tims standards sometimes. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

A solid, yet at times very busy, Tim Hortons. Be careful pulling out and into the drive-thru - lots of traffic coming from different directions.

Food is great. drove through yesterday to get a 10 pack of Timbits but was only given 5 and couldn’t get the rest, service is sufficient but not outstanding. Ate it in my car so the atmosphere was phenomenal.

One of the worst in the city. Consistently are our of staple items. Once was told they were sold out of doughnuts 5 pm at night even tho they are a 24 hour location. If it's not food then they have issues with their system more than handful of times. Making me lose out on points as well as not being able to use coupons.

Service is mediocre. The washrooms seem to be dirty at any time of day. The staff are friendly and respectful. The food is quite good especially the Turkey Club. I have been going to this location for over 15 years. I would still recommend this restaurant but be aware of it's shortcomings and adjust your expectations.

When Shirley is not at Ropewalk in the mornings, it is absolute mayhem. Absolutely no efficiency! Terrible!

Bought a 6 pack of donuts and found that the staffer had mistakenly put 2 of the wrong donuts in. Called to let them know and they took my name and type missed for me to come by and pick them up at my convenience.Friendly on the phone and when I went in they quickly handled my replacement.I know it was a nickle and dime cost for them but the main thing for me was how quickly and pleasantly they dealt with the small error. Thanks folks.

Placed a delivery order received the wrong muffin, got a cheaper one! And it was old and hard.Wry disappointed and store in mor answering their phone. Just poor service.
