Courtesy Freight in Fort Frances drop the ball when they were to deliver a love seat to me in Atikokan. Arrangements were make by me to have people to help bring the love seat into my apartment upstair for Friday. I was told to expect them between 1 and 4 and that I would be called before the delivery. At 4 pm I had not received a call. Notified the store I bought the love seat from, they called Courtesy and was told I was bumped till Monday because the truck was full. I stayed home the whole day, people lined up to help. This is very poor service on their part, I think the least I deserved was a phone call, and some money back for this lack of service. If I ever have to have something delivered in the future it will not be Courtesy. I might be a little guy on their radar but little guys can make big waves!!
