DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I wish I had waited for another more reputable business to call me back and I wish I had read the reviews! Expensive mistake.The first day Mike was supposed to show up, I waited 3 hrs only to get a call that Mikes truck broke down that morning and he thought he would be able to get it running but couldn’t. Had to reschedule. Mike came over a week later and gave me a quote and said they take half the payment up front (which unfortunately I did). He told me he would order the top basket for my dishwasher as both sides had broken plastic pieces. I asked him twice if it was the whole basket he was ordering and he told me yes. It came as one piece. I said “so I can throw this basket out? “Yes” he said. So the following week I get a call in the last 15 min of the 4hr time frame I have been waiting for Mike to show up again. It’s a Tuesday, and this time I am told that Mike hurt himself over the weekend and “he literally can’t walk right now”. Need to reschedule. A week later he shows up with a tiny box with hardware for ONE side of the top basket of the dishwasher that I threw out. He tells me it was a miscommunication and if I want them to order a basket it will be another 300$. I speak to the owner Tom who tells me he will have to talk to his manager….???!! They are now not answering my phone calls. I am out 273$ and I have to replace the top basket of my dishwasher along with the hardware that goes with it and have been without my dishwasher for a month now. Also when Mike left here with the little box he arrived with, he told me he was having a bad day and that he just wasted 2 hrs of his time! These guys are THIEVES and have NO customer service or accountability!

I wished we check the reviews before actually calling them....Mike didn't show up for the first appointment. On the 2nd appointment he told me they might have stock for a thermal fuse".i paid half of the fee on the same day...he didn't come or called back. After a week of waiting and calling

Mike was very friendly amd courteous, was able to diagnose quickly the issue with my fridge and washer and fixed right that same day with a good attitude and fair price

Our stove stopped working on a Sunday - I made a call to Advanced and by Thursday I had a technician at my door, 4 days to get someone here was actually incredible. Mike showed up, diagnosed the problem and was back the next day with the replacement part and fixed us up. Friendly, courteous, fast and reliable. Will definitely use them again. Mike came and immediately diagnosed our Samsung wall oven issue, ordered parts and replaced them. Did exactly what he said and with a great attitude. Cost was very acceptable.I would have them back anytime.Mark

Terrible, and unprofessional, maOvercharge & unpleasant, everything Is everyone else's fault except there's. Warning if u use these guys prepare to be ripped off.The guy moved my washing machine & won't move it back. Young & rude appliance repair guy.

oh so stay away, had them come look at my stove, yes diagnosed ( supposedly) I was told they would get back to me with a quote. After waiting get in touch with the technician, oh he said we cant get parts.... What? Sio I phone Tom and he tells me that the distributor they deal with cant get parts he will source out and get back to me. still waiting even after I phoned him and asked for an update last week after a week of waiting. Stay away from this company... they have my money for the service call but wont continue the process. Only got a 1" but if there was a negative number I would have used it..."

We were away in Phoenix when our ice maker quit working. My brother was here when mike came in to look at it. Said we needed a new one, and I guess he said he’d wouldn’t charge for another call if we had him replace it.We didn’t return from Phoenix for a month. We called the company TWICE and never had a returned call!!! Really bad customer service, I’d STAY AWAY from this company. They get your money and run, real good customer service guys!!!!!
