Hard to find what you want / looking for. This is a small store. A lot of times website says that there is an item in stock but staff can't find it.

I had a great experience here. Great staff, a ton of product options and great car shop! This should be where everyone in Glacé Bay and surrounding areas goes for their household and automotive needs! Highly recommend

We had to shop at two different stores to get everything we needed. That said, staff at both stores were slammed, but still attentive. That is a skill in and of itself.

Best service manager and employees in the service department. They did their best to diagnose the problem and give me the best solution. Would recommend taking your vehicle to Canadian Tire as they are honest and know how to please the customer!*** Update > I have to take the time to ensure that Aaron a great Vehicle Service Mechanic did a great job on my vehicle, taking the time to explain the problems and solutions. Made me feel that he cared about fixing it properly and that I was informed of why he made his decisions. Well done Aaron, you did a great overall job!!!

I don't know what is going on with there phones but I keep calling and it's asking me to spell the person's name on the dial pad its getting beyond they open when they want to keep changing their hours like get with the rest of the Canadian tire stores like Sydney is open till 9 or 10 on weekends these guys close at 6

Booked an oil change for my truck approximately two weeks ago. This truck is very busy and I had to cancel 2 previous appointments. Brought the truck in today for its oil change appointment and they only had one litre of oil. 5W20 synthetic. I was given the option to buy a jug of oil for ~$189 or go buy the oil somewhere else and bring it back to them. Jug holds approximately 20 litres of oil, I need 9.This is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in a repair shop, ever. Why was it my responsibility to bring them the oil that I was paying them to have in stock?How can you run out of 5W20 oil, it’s quite possibly the most popular grade of oil used today.I canceled my oil change and my undercoating appointment for my car, and I will not be back. I’ve watched this store get steadily worse ever since the Ken Rice days, and it’s not looking like it’s going to get better.

The service desk is the worst.The guy at the reception have a really bad attitude towards customer.applied for a credit card and my friend had to wait 35 mnts for someone to make a call to the customerc care and get the paperwork doneI even missed my classUsually when u get approved it prints out in the slip and it didntThey can do a lot better woth their custoner service

Get the service for my vehicle done here frequently. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I ask a question they know the answer and if it's something they happen to be unfamiliar with they will do what they can to find out the answer. I'm always satisfied when I bring my vehicle to them.

Just waited 15 minutes for someone to unlock the welding case.. asked 2 seporate people for help , no help. Walked out of the store. The store was not busy at all. Maby 3 customers. Horrible service.
