Great firm, excellent service. As I read the last few reviews, it is obvious Nahid is disgruntled and got their friends (Eric & 'John Rami') to post a bad review. It seems like Eric has it out for Law firms as he gave another law firm in Metrotown a 1 star rating.I highly recommend this firm as they are transparent, hard workers and great people.

MEDIOCRE service. I arrived to this firm in early October 2017 requesting guidance and help with my family case. they promised they would help me and told me that my case was a good one to win. they asked me for a retain amount which I willingly paid and they started to work. Days, weeks months went through and if I didn't reach out to them to ask what was the next step, I didn't have any follow up from them. The only communication was phone calls and emails letting me know that they were working on my case and they were waiting for the other party to negotiate, and OF COURSE to send me the new balance I owed them from the emails and phone calls that didn't accomplish anything in my case, I dealt with them for more than 7 months to get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but a huge debt in their fees, more than double of the initial retainer fee. Last communication I had with them was in early December 2017. the funny thing is that after I wrote this review, I was contacted by them again to ask me to follow up with my case, after 4 months without hearing from them and asking me to remove this review or at least remove the word: Unethical" otherwise they will sue me.Finally

Besides assisting me with my matrimonial situation, Ganapathi Law Group has also guided me through an estate issue and helped me in a business dispute. They have been very proactive and efficient in 'finding the facts' and then determining the options for a course of action. They are very flexible for meetings and they stay in close contact with me, but will only contact me when there is a substantial amount or an extra important item for discussion. They have taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders...who needs a shrink when I have Ganapathi Law Group? Thanks Mr.G and co!

I sent a request for a consult via their web form. I received a call back within an hour. At his suggestion, I sent Nathan a copy of the brief document I needed advice on. He read it and called me back again, within an hour. His advice was simple, straightforward and addressed my concerns completely. I would definitely highly recommend him.

Horrible service! Taking money for doing nothing. And you have to chase them for answers. Absolutely nothing was done in my case, even more, I was given the wrong advice during paid consultation and up till now I am facing the consequences. It was interpreted later by their lawyer as miscommunication.Constant delays, never on time. I would not write this review if their customer service and attitude to the clients was respectful. The last drop was their attitude. Their receptionist **** allows herself to hung up on a person once she hears the name, if the name not up to her taste saying she would call back. Obviously she never did. Why are guys so scared of us? I had a very reasonable and easy request to give me my receipts, easier thing ever. Their accountant is known for disregarding emails. You have to pull out info from her, information about our payments! Its takes time for her to reply. They will bill you for something they never advice you in advance, putting you on a spot. And later after this is done , they will say this is the fee my 18 minutes of work. Maybe I didnt ask you about this. Let us know before you do anything! The emails can remain without reply days and days! And this is the service from people who need to work with strict deadlines! I am surprised how this type of service happening in ******, the attitude we get from them for our own money? Who allowed you ladies at Ganapathi law to treat us like that?
