Skin'n'Tonic is the only Spa I go to! Irene prides herself in providing first class service, extensive knowledge and a wonderful experience to each of her guests. It is of utmost importance to Irene to provide the best in safe hygiene practices so that her guests can truly relax during treatment. From pedicures to Oxygeneo facials, from start to finish the whole experience is fantastic! Irene has a gift in her ability to make everyone feel comfortable, relaxed and part of the family. I give Skin'n'Tonic gift certificates for special occasions because I know how much the recipient will love the treatment they recieve! I highly recommend Skin'n'Tonic to anyone that is looking for a luxury spa expeience without having to leave town!

I was a repeating customer at skin and tonic until recently I went in to get a wax before I went on vacation, they messed up booking my appointment and never once apologized, when I called to book my appointment they were trying to book some else at the same time. They were rude and looked at me like I was crazy, the lady who booked my appointment was there talking to me but she made it seem like it was not her that I was talking to, they never apologized for their mistake they made it seem as though I had messed up. Previously to this I was also severely burned during a wax, They are unprofessional and rude, it is more than safe to say that I will not be returning to them for any sort of services.

Where to begin…My old college roommate (now best friend of 8 years) and I have not seen each other in two years, so we decided to meet up and get spray tans for the first time! Irene was truly amazing in giving us such an unforgettable experience with exactly the glow and tan we had hoped for. Our whole session was filled with laughter and fun conversations. Highly recommend Irene and skin ‘n tonic for all your spray tan needs.

While my pedicures have been okay, Irene’s sense of customer service differs from mine. She kept me waiting once for 15 minutes. The second time I was waiting in the esthetic room for half an hour while she gave someone else a manicure outside the room. While she said she had a dr appt that day and was late coming in to work, she had my phone number and could have let me know she would be late. Strike #3 was when I texted to change my pedicure appt two days before the day because it was the week of my mother’s internment and I had things to do. Irene gave me a day for another appt but no time then never got back to me to confirm it. I have yet to hear from her, almost a week later.

One of the best experiences I've had at a day spa in my life!! I have received a number of Oxygeneo facials now and every time I go my skin looks and feels great for weeks after! The staff ALWAYS treat me warmly and respectfully- they truly make me feel like I am valued. Both Irene and Amy are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about skin care, and additionally only use natural products to optimize my skin care while I'm there. Truly a great business.

Been here a bunch of times and both the ladies I have had are always so gentle and the work is always very good. I have never been waxed without any pain ... somehow they manage this every single time.
