Amit Ajmani is a great human being! As a mentor/recruiter, he puts a lot of effort to understand and place your profile in the right direction. He's given the most useful guidance I have ever received. Being coached by him ensured my success in job applications and interviews. He is a wonderful person and has really put hard work into shaping my approach to a successful career.

Amit helped me land my first job and made sure that he was there for feedback and motivation every step of the recruitment process. He is not your average joe when it comes to diligence and commitment. He gives his task a 100% and ascertains success for his candidates, which to be fairly honest is hard to find. He coaches his candidates rather than instruct and helps them find their own comfortable ground with the interviewing process. I am glad to have had his help during my recruitment process and wish him well with this wonderful venture.

As an intern working for RecruitForMe for 4 months, I quite enjoyed the work environment they nurtured. Amit is an expert and guided me through this process. The best co-op experience I've had until this point. For any upcoming developer, RecruitForMe is one of the best options to improve your people skills and network with others in the field. The work environment is friendly and honest, and I always felt welcomed. RecruitForMe offers a lot of freedom and flexibility, so employees of any skill level can still seek to improve. You will have a great time working here if you choose to do so.

I had a great co-op experience at RecruitForMe, where I learned a lot. Giving users the best possible experience is always a priority, and it really shows in the website which has great current and upcoming features, that I know will benefit myself, and others.

I had an enjoyable experience working as an intern here. I gained a lot of experience regarding data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation. Amit also gives a lot of constructive feedback on areas to improve which has helped me produce high quality work.

Working with the CEO, Amit throughout my time in co-op has been an amazing experience, I got to work with so many like-minded people and learned so many new things which gave me a lot of the experience I will need to become a Software Engineer in the future. Amit was always flexible and allowed me to (mostly) work whenever I wanted as long as I got everything done which was greatly appreciated. Overall, RecruitForMe is an amazing company working on so many innovative things that will benefit so many different people and it was great being able to be a part of it.

This is my honest review of my work experience here at RecruitforMe. To begin, I want to talk about what I did the majority of the time here. In March and April, I created emails, sent them, and did the same thing over and over again. In May and June, I was assigned to work on spreadsheets and this is where I learned the most. I think this work experience has not only taught me to become a better person, but also the independent mindset I need to create in the future. Recently, I have made a few mistakes like not submitting work timesheets and taking days off without warning. Despite my mistakes, my supervisor, Amit, has given me multiple chances to fix them and has provided me with a learning experience where I can reflect on my actions and improve myself. He explained what I did wrong and why I have to be responsible over my actions and I think that this experience has helped me realize that soon I have to take care of myself and take responsibility over my actions. As I make mistakes now, I am happy that he prevented that from happening in the future as I know my mistake and am willing to take responsibility for my future jobs and work.Pros - Amit is a really chill and nice guy, very supportive and is willing to give you opportunities to work, gives countless chances to those making mistakes and is willing to be flexible with whatever you have behind the scenes, works with you to help if your strugglingpro/con - work at home, some people like it some people don’t

My experience working at RecruitForMe was very refreshing and useful. I learned to use new apps and tools such as, clockify, hubspot, and slack. I had a lot of fun recruiting twitch streamers onto the platform, along the way I discovered different techniques and strategies of getting a response. I was also given the opportunity to be on the Data Team, to strengthen my research and collaboration skills through working with my peers.
