We had an issue with our washer/dryer unit. I submitted their form and had a repair date set right away.The young repairmen showed up when he said he would, immediately put on little booties, repaired the drier (I described the problem when submitting the form and he had already identified parts needed), and cleaned up quickly. I had a good idea of costs beforehand from information on their website. Excellent.

In the midst of the Covid-19 quarantines, my parents' refrigerator started to have problems. It was 40 years old anyways so time for a new one. We got in touch with Tina at Handy Appliances and she found us a refrigerator within my dad's budget and arranged to have it delivered and installed and the old one taken away. It was all quite seamless and easy shopping experience. My parents can't be more happy with it. Thank-you, Handy Appliances.

Handy's been around since 1975 & I was happy to remember the name given the clutter of big-box retail. Their sales & delivery of a very specific-sized refrigerator within 10 days was appreciated given the supply chain issues that affect all retail appliance vendors. Delivery was very careful & professional. Cold storage of food is very important!

The service sales and customer support at Handy are absolutely top notch and I cannot recommend it higher. One of my very best customer service experiences of the year so far, and the corrective experience I needed.

Beautiful, modern, and clean store layout with very up-to-date appliances.We went in to pick up some hoses for our washing machine and the service was swift, but felt dismissive. We might not be in for a big purchase, but the salesman (who did not wear a mask) seemed impatient and eager to get rid of us.
