Extremely low quality of service and professionalism of employees at zero. There is no internal communication in the company. Technical support does not respond to email. Employees on the phone give the impression of people with a disturbed mentality who do not remember what happened five minutes ago. I don't recommend contacting.

If you want the worst internet service, this company will NOT let you down. They cannot troubleshoot your issues, they don’t answer calls and you can’t even understand what they are saying. If you ask to speak with a manager, they repeat a script and say: the manager is not available at this time, I’ve created a ticket and someone from Bell will contact you. If you call Bell, they say they are not the issue, it’s this place. So guess what? You are left frustrated without internet service for days and no one cares. They will replace your old modem with a dirty used one that still has the previous users password.The worst part is you work from home but have to leave home to find somewhere with internet and not to mention not having your service restored for the Christmas holidays and can’t even watch a movie. By the way, they will still charge you for those days you have no service. This is by far the worst ISP on the planet. If I could give them a rating of ZERO I would, that’s how horrible this place is.Oh by the way, they provide a generic response to customers who write a review on here, saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and you are to give them a call. Shouldnt they call the customer instead? Oh now I get it, silly me, they won’t answer anyway. Sorry!!

Have had consistent internet issues, including extreme lag, connection disruptions, and lack of same day responses / resolutions to these issues. Received a broken modem for installation and another broken modem that wouldn't work properly over time. Had to schedule 3 appointments for a technician to install service. I'm canceling service as of writing this review.The only thing that can be said is that the price was fairly low however apparently you get what you pay for.Edited: appreciate the response.

The service was terrible I complained many times. Got no results.Told I was getting a refund. I had to ship the equipment back which cost me 30 dollars.They tell you what you would like to here but do not follow through with there promisesMy refund got knocked down to half of what I was told and still haven't received that

I have had GTA Telecom for a year and a half and have had no issues. Great prices and consistent speed. I also have the TV service and it's great.

Worst Service Provider I have ever experienced. Truthfully, I’m skeptical to write this review or just go on with my life but they 're horrible. To start with, their Internet is constantly slow. Even-though they mention unlimited once you exceed 100GB off usage they will slow u done hardly., their customer service is horrible. my most honest opinion, stay away from this company and save your money. its worth to pay extra somewhere else.

Don't do it! Unless you are looking for slower internet in town and a company with zero customer services. Don't waste your time like us and take your business somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and debugging capability of GTA Telecom.My Internet service went down on a Saturday. I called them. They had to replace my modem. They mentioned they would send a replacement by an express mail and I should be able to receive it within 24 hours. Long story short, I got the modem on Wednesday, three days after the package was shipped. When I called them, they could not connect my Internet on the same day, Wednesday. So, I had to wait until Thursday. After multiple phone calls expressing my dissatisfaction, they managed to resume my Internet service around noon on Thursday. Overall, I was out of Internet service for almost 5 days and was so upset with their customer care and responses.I asked to talk to their manager. After insisting to speak with the manager, he called and listened to my complaint. He promised to update my bill and get back to me. However, I have never received any phone call from the manager. I was also charged for a full month of service in my bill. This is not acceptable!

EDIT: unfortunately a lot worse then it used to be... as much as they may claim/act as though they are helping to solve customer problems, their solutions always seem to fall short. I suppose the fact that they are a subsidiary of a subsidiary of Rogers is a deep hole to be in.Service WAS fast and reliable, I have had some bad experiences and some good experiences with GTATel but I am still a customer and have been one for years now... as long as I don't have any more modems fail on me then I will stay with them for sure.Their prices are good, and again, typically reliable internet. Their customer service does try their best, I have had to escalate a problem before but it was dealt with quickly and sufficiently so I am happy with the outcome.
