One of the better petsmarts, it's very organized and clean and not as busy. The workers are very friendly as soon as you get in they always Creed you. The groomers are top-notch, I have a rescue from China who is terrified of new people and things and they were the most patient and kind towards my new pup.

Ohmygod! The fact they had nightmare before Christmas dog pullovers, stuffies and more!!! Just incredible! The dogs look so good in them. And they were affordable and seem well made! The store is clean and fery organized, the inventory is huge as well. The animals and pets we looks at all seemed happy and healthy as well only xon is they seemed very understaffed.

Dog training - Jasmine has been fantastic to work with. I just finished puppy class and signed up for intermediate + advanced class. No plans to stop signing up for classes.

The groomers have been great, but when I went in today at 1:27pm Saturday July 8th the person behind the till was the most unhelpful and rude customer service person ever.I asked for help, got none, then when giving my number was told twice it wasn't there and then told oh you were mumbling."I had a bunch of shopping to do but with no help finding the right collar I need

PetSmart has friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a clean friendly store. The grooming department is wonderful my dog looks just as i imagined she would after hair cut, every time. I had my dog in lessons there as well which were amazing very beneficial for me to learn I've noticed a positive difference in my dogs behavior since taking the classes.

My boyfriend and I went in and bought a plecostomus for his pond. The pond was nice with 15 fish in it after we put the new fish in it was 4 days and all his fish were sick we tried to help the sick fish in another tank but they all died beautifully koi fish he had for years. All dead we will never buy anything from there again.

Our puppies, Boba & QingQing were enrolled into the intermediate course for dog training, and the trainer, Jas, was exceptional. Not only did she have tons of tips and great training techniques, she also went out of her way to make the training exciting and fun!I highly recommend bringing your pups in for class, be it beginner, puppy, intermediate or advanced classes! Jas makes sure to have tips and customized training for your pets. She really loves her job and we could feel it through her courses!

The trainer is very knowledgeable on various breeds of dogs and their behaviours as well as training styles. Jas is patient and outgoing and goes above and beyond the class curriculum to make sure all your questions are answered and your pup is exceeding. For the price, I would recommend these classes to anyone who is looking for training tips for themselves and extra stimulation and challenge for their dog.

I frequent this store for a number of reasons, but was extra impressed by their new dog training. I live on a tight budget these days, so i was very excited to hear about financing for dog training classes and enrolled with instructor Jasmine. Right off the hop Jas was great, i was so disorganized signing up but the staff was very understanding and patient with me, even when i was derping hard.The classes themselves were very educational, and using the methods taught in class produced clear results very quickly! My dog and i probably could have enrolled in a hugh level class, but even so, i learnt so many useful tricks and methods and my pup and I's training and relationship was bolstered with Jas' guidance.
