Walmart Supercentre

I would like to say the Online ordering with Walmart is not quite as it seems. I ordered a 5pc Patio Set and paid for it with the Credit Card and have been given the run around regarding this order with Delivery Dates and wrong shipments and NOBODY is helping with this matter because it was shipped by a 3rd party and not Walmart themselves. The supplier keeps offering me a discount to keep what I received which is WRONG but yet they won't refund my money. The Sarnia Store will not help me because it is a 3rd party supplier but yet they processed my payment and I can't return it to the Sarnia Store because it is over 150.00 purchase. I would not recommend this way of ordering to anyone and I will not be ordering from them in the FutureKaren Burger

This store does a terrible job at advocating for or serving those with disabilities. The bus stop with insufficient seating and severe lack of lighting is at the BACK of the parking lot. If you can’t walk that distance into the store you have to take an Uber from the bus stop to the front door as the store will not shuttle you up.

One store with all in. Price is okay, and the all over qualities is made by the price.

Everytime I order groceries they tell me to bring my own reusable bags, only for them to pack them in poor quality paper bags that break while trying to take my groceries into my home. If you're going to use paper bags, at least pack them smartly so that they don't break!!! Or even better! Just use the bags you tell me to bring. Also, I've had to request refunds for moldy produce multiple times latley.

Top 2 Issues:1) Their online ordering is awful. They regularly don't pick the items and make substitutions to wildly different items despite the originally requested item being easily found on the store shelf.2) Poor customer service and they don't honour pricing found online at their location. i.e. they sent an eMail saying an order was ready with nothing missing from it. I was charged the full amount and then given 1/4 of the product the order said I was going to receive. Their manager's suggested solution was to ask for a refund and place the order online again instead of simply getting what was ordered and marked as picked and packed. Luckily I know to check over all pickup orders carefully as it's typically poor.

Bought two bikes here and they were both incorrectly put together lol.. both bikes had the same issues with changing gears so whoever is putting their bikes together has no idea what they are doing unfortunately. Don’t get a bike here lol. Go to sportschek

Overview:Out of all the Walmarts I’ve been to I wasn’t expecting Sarnia to be in the top 5 I’ve ever visited. No complaints here.Staff:Staff were helpful and nice. They were doing what they needed to and the ones who I’d expect to greet me or approach me did that well.Cleanliness/moderness:Exactly what I’d expect from a Walmart. Not a bad thing at all. This specific location is especially clean I found.Would I go back?If I needed to absolutely. They were great at this location!

They dont no how to do customer service, we went to one employee for help, instead of helping us he preferred to sort out some receipts in his hands, then we went to another lady she was so rude tooo, what is the issues dont they know how to help customers?? Weird
