Reached out to Craig to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle and Craig was super helpful. I did not feel pressured and he was super accommodating with my situation as I am an out of province buyer. Even though the car I purchased was an not an Audi, but he was super knowledgeable and got all the info that I was looking for. He was even waiting for me at the airport before my plane landed. His exceptional service made my purchase a breeze and he even prepared the car to handle 2800km of driving back to Ontario for me.

Sales team are good at their job - in selling the vehicle. The torture starts the moment you head to the Service department. Getting this location to honor Extended Warranty is harder than making the Sun rise from West!!! They will always find some Bu**S**t reasoning to deny extended warranty! I even asked them if they do so because perhaps they get lower labour rates paid for warranty work as compared to when customers pay directly from their pocket! No clear answer to that query, and the GM had the audacity to advise us to take our business to other dealership if we are not happy with them!!!!We love our Q7 but are now going to sell that Q7, and go to a BMW (like our other vehicle) as BMW Dilawari's service department is great!!These guys need to realize that these kind of things do not hide in today's age of Social media!
