So so so slow. We have been wait 25 min in drive-thru! After waiting that long they asked us to park on the side! Tbk!!!The worst mcdonald I have ever seen!!!Frize is not fresh and it's cold,the amount was less than usual.even the sandwich its not what we ordered!!!!we ordered sprite, it's carbonated water only!! There is not 1 drop of sprite even!!!Look ! the wrong sandwich came with burned chicken!!!So sorry for the owner! Please close the restaurant and don't waist people time!

Ordered smoothies waited 30 min to be told machine wasn’t working and refund unavailable because I used app. Then manager just kept doing orders at drive through. It was amazing to see such an attitude . Was there June 9 th at 2 pm

I've had issue at this restaurant 9 times out of 10. All those time I was not provided with the right order. For example, this morning, I paid for a mcgriddle, got a mcmuffin. Very frustrating because you drive, arrive to work and eat and you dont have what you ordered.... Only location in Gatineau so far that I have had so many issues.

Upon arriving for an order pick-up i among many waited over 30 minutes with non-stop rudeness and ignorance of remarks of not caring about our wait or orders, i understand things can get busy but this was not the case they were fooling around and chatting up a storm with one another and can i also how dirty they were watching as the dropped items that would later contain food and just leaving there on the floor to be stepped on and around.. I asked to speak to a manager and got a rude reply back and then proceeded to ask the name of the manager on duty and got rudely told no which is so unprofessional of any food establishment the food was finally given and was cold vs warm and almost 40 min past it's time .. the sad fact is i watched as others were treated as poorly as i so this was not a one off but i very poor culture of what i would consider from top management downward.. my advice don't trust their food cleanliness for one from what I saw and captured and you would be better off to go to the closet location from them.. you would get it faster and be much safer food safety wise.. if I could give them a minus -10 that wouldn't be low enough.. get your act together and provide the proper service we are entitled too especially safe food.. your such a grossly run location...

Service is fast and this establishment has to be one of the cleanest. The dining area is exceptionally clean and the garbage cans outside are never overflowing like at many other establishments. The nice outdoor patio is also a great addition.

Made an uber order worth 97$, I'm missing stuff from every acticle I did get, the guy took an extra hour to make it and most items aren't even there. I waited a total of two hours to get nothing or stale or just barely filled burgers. It has been disrespectful and cannot even get fully reimbursed since we do have some items barely put together and the Uber fees can't be either. What kind of place just gives out discusting food like that and think it's alright.

Where to begin… This mcdonalds is not very clean. Its smelly, the Tables and floors are disgusting and the washrooms are just as bad. We had ordered food through the app and they gave our meals to someone else and didn’t even want to do anything about it. Go elsewhere if possible.

Believe the one star reviews. Only came here because we were in a hurry, and so far have waited 15 minutes for our very simple order (I am writing this as we continue to wait). What is the point of fast food" if it costs the same and takes as long as good food?!? Avoid this location at all costs!!!(Update: twenty minutes into waiting
