Costumer service was amazing. Booki g me in for repairs was a breeze, and my replacement rental car was completely taken care of. Friendly, helpful, great price, amazing service start to finish. They also cleaned our floor mats for free!

Not only did they do a great job on the body work, but they also cleaned the car inside and out! And let me tell you, my car it was FILTHY - lol! Thanks guys!

The initial work was to repair some damage through my insurance agent to the side of my car received when parking at a retail store area. CarStar went over and above with their service when some electronic back-up camera sensors were found to not operate correctly. CarStar coordinated with Ford to determine and provide a solution and returned my car with both the repaired body work and the back up camera sensor fixed. Five Stars!!!

Recently had a body repair done to my 2021 Kia Soul. They did a fantastic job, car looks brand new. After the repairs were done they even cleaned the inside front of the car, washed floor mats, vacuumed carpet, cleaned dasboard. Very impressive.

Always easy to deal with Condie Carstar, they do what they can to accommodate my schedule and make the process really easy. Great work and great people.

Very pleased with the service at CarStar Kingston. They repaired minor damage to the front bumper and replaced the grill damaged in a fender bender. Looks brand new. Car was ready when promised, no surprises. Also appreciated the car wash inside and out.

This was my first time going to a body shop. At first I was very unhappy with how I was called 3 times asking if I want to go a head and order parts. It seemed as tho no one knew what was going on. The very last call i got alittle angry and they explained to me the other calls were to get the approval to send the estimate to insurance company and another call was to order parts. From someone never gone though the process or know what happens I would think it should be better explained to someone how the process works. No one seemed to care to tell me when I first was there the girl at the counter seemed not overall helpful or courtesy.When I dropped of my vehicle it went smoothly and hassle free the same when I picked up my vehicle. I was pleased on the customer service when picking up my vehicle and very happy with the end result.

Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service and my car looks like brand-new after repairs. Relieved and impressed!
