Had a great experience in the store today. Carol Anne was very helpful finding me something for my “one size fits all- but me” size. She showed me things I didn’t think would fit - but they did, to my surprise. I left the store with some nice tops and a lovely pair of shoes. Thanks very much for your patience Carol Anne. Easy on line order with pick up. I did not like the fit but the return was seamless. Lovely people work here with good merchandise….a shopping pleasure!

I know a lot of ladies love it. I'm just not there yet. I'm sure I'll be there with that style of clothing one day, but not yet.I do think their jammies and lingerie have something for everyone though. They have a great variety of lingerie sizes now apparently. They sell good brands of shoes that many people would appreciate. I've purchased some of my favourite pieces from that store. High priced though. Catching a sale is good. I'd definitely go back again to find cool little things or special pieces.

The employee who helped me as great, and everyone seemed friendly. The great thing about this place is their bra selection, that carry brands I would normally have to buy online or get in Vancouver. I will definitely be back to pick up Elomi bras. My only issue is I wish they had more sizes available.

I have been a customer at this store for over a year and was always happy with the help and customer service that Sandi gave me. But today I was very unhappy with the service and attitude of the staff. I came in to buy a Mastectomy bathing suit and a prothetis. I asked to see if they had me on file, for sizing purposes. They had my name but no information. They said it was purged. After one year. Sandi said they can't remember every customer. I found her very rude. Way to make customers feel insignificant! Never shopping there again.
