The battery in my trusty 2013 MacBookPro was on its last legs, and in May 2022 Robert was able to order a replacement, swap it out the same day when dropped it off, and even fixed a noisy fan. It's been running like a new machine. Excellent all around. The photo attached is the old batteries! I forgot to take the after photo.

I visited RescueTech to fix my laptop screen. Before visiting, I caller to inquire about the prices and service timeline and the associate was very knowledgeable, going as far as outlining my options and the timelines. The service is arguably the best I've had in Regina relating to device fixing. The repair didn't take long at all and my laptop works amazing. Lest I forget, the prices are so affordable. I would definitely recommend RescueTech

Robert was incredible to deal with! Not only was he able to fix my brothers cracked laptop screen but also advised us! Our laptop was three days old when he cracked the screen (boys will be boys)! He let us know that because it was purchased on a credit card that it could be covered under insurance and he was right! This means we’re able to get it fixed and it’s covered under a credit card protection, we wouldn’t have know that without the help of Robert. Thanks again!

I had an amazing experience with RescueTECH...I was doing my own RAM upgrade in a new Mac Mini and the fan socket detached from the motherboard. After visiting a few websites in the area and reading reviews, it was clear that this was my best shot, and I received the same type of care and service that was described in other comments. Fixed it properly, fair price....MUCH cheaper than dealing with Apple directly would have been, as Apple very quickly washed their hands of it because of me the end user doing their own upgrade. RescueTECH really saved my bacon, and I would definitely use them again. Very professional staff! Well done!

I purchased a refurbished computer a couple years ago. Worst and slowest computer imaginable. And not cheap. It was near beginning of covid when I requested help to get my printer connected. It took a 1/2 hour for the computer to get to the site so the technician could look. Then he kept insisting that I had an Epson printer, which I don’t. That cost me over $100 for the phone consultation. It was through your company. I would never deal with that company again. Bought a new computer and dropped the refurbished one back at the store. No money ever refunded. The new computer immediately linked to my HP printer.

I have had exceptional service at RescueTECH. The first time I contacted them, they repaired and cleaned my laptop that was overheating. More recently, they fixed my XBox One X which needed a replacement part. The staff members communicated clearly and I was impressed by how fast they took care of things. I have never had an issue with anything repaired by them. Thanks for your great troubleshooting and repairs.
