Very nice chocolate selections and the flavors are good. Great for gifts. They have set boxes or can choose with prices going by weight. Around 6 chocolates was around $13.

I visited your store last week and asked to experience five senses tasting, one of the associates volunteered and gave us the best experience we could have possibly got. She was so detailed and answered all our questions. As a true chocolate lover and someone who is passionate about confectionery I was thrilled. This week, I brought my friends to experience the same and when I asked for it , the staff simply looked blank and started looking at each other for help. The one who did the tasting with us kept referring to her notes and it felt forced. My friends were dissatisfied and when i asked for the other associate with ‘red hair’ who helped me out last time. No one answered. The girl with red hair is amazing at what she did and passionate like me. I would love to visit a store with trained chocolatiers who can answer any query.

This chocolate is absolutely delicious. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, it’s definitely worth it for the occasional great. They have a variety of unique flavour combinations compared to what you might find elsewhere.I had a milk chocolate with pistachio bar. It was creamy and rich without being too sweet. The pistachio was good, but not overwhelming. It definitely hits the craving for wanting some high quality chocolates.

I love their chocolate and have been a long time customer. I walked into a store fully staffed, 5 ladies that are busy chit chatting with each other and had very little interest in helping me and my fiancé out. Great way to make people feel like they’re a nuisance. Unfortunately I will not be returning out of principal. I recommend investing in customer service skills to assist in improving the sales attitude.

These chocolates have to be the best on the planet, hands down! My son bought some for me when he visited Switzerland last January and I ate them sparingly because I didn’t know there was a store in Canada, and in Toronto no less. I’m ecstatic!

I enjoy good chocolate. Lived in Stratford for several years and had some of the best chocolate. Was craving good chocolate and went to laderach. Chocolate was around the same quality as Chocolate Barr's in Stratford but it was probably double the price. Understandable considering the location but the service was mediocre and stale. a very subtle we are exclusive and not everyone can afford us" vibe. The lady giving out samples only offered to people who looked older ect. No one was hostile but you just kind of feel like you're in some high end luxury store even though it's just chocolate at the end of the day. Overall

The smells and abundance of so many diffeent chocolates, stimulate and confuse the senses. kind service. Too expensive. I bought 2 small pieces which tasted heavenly.

The chocolate is not only beautiful but incredibly delicious with unique flavor combinations. The best part was all the samples. Karla helped us navigate the store and made sure we tried many different things. The experience was so fun! Can’t wait to visit again.

A close friend of mine has gotten me these chocolates for two of my birthdays. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN! The chocolates themselves are made with such fine cacao and ingredients, and you can taste it in every little morsel (after that they just melt in your mouth). The hazelnut chocolates are my favourites, and are honestly to die for. I know that these chocolates are on the pricy-side, but I think they are definitely worth it, especially as a gift or treat to someone close. The company themselves also have great values and ethics regarding their processing of cacao and hiring employees. I would highly recommend to get these as a gift to someone, or to treat yourself too!
