My wife and I purchased this 2 tier cake from Patisserie Fleur for our baby shower. The cashier told us to put it in the fridge quickly before it melts. We rushed home to put it in our fridge.On the drive home, the cake was already sagging and continued to sag overnight in the fridge. Upon cutting the cake, we realized it was held up by 4 plastic straws inside.For a $170 cake, the presentation was lacking. I messaged them to see what they can do for us and they ignored me.Cake tasted good, presentation poor, customer service is also poor.Edit: The company has reached out to me and fixed the issue. I am pleased with the outcome.

excellent service, I made a mistake with my pick up date, and they sent me an email to confirmed right away, and was very professional about the whole situation. The cake was light not super sweet (as this is the highest form of compliment of a dessert coming from a Cantonese foodie. :D) We ordered Oreo flavour and it was so light and tasty, my 80 year old dad was very pleased and had two pieces.Thank you Patisserie Fleur for the lovely cake.P.S.: the peach, old person, gold word and fan are not eatable, so I actually took it apart and put it back together on a cardboard platform, and now it stands at my dad's office table as a celebration sculpture. So don't throw them out!

First time going there!! Great ambience with high ceiling and simple deco. Desserts were very good and smooth , love the black sesame volcano and matcha. I will definitely go again!! There is parking close to the patisserie.

Not only are their cakes gorgeous, they taste absolutely divine! My personal fave is the sesame noir mini! Soft texture and flavourful - loved every bite of it. Price is not bad compared to competitors. Will be coming back for more!

Patisserie Fleur is one of my go to cake shops. They truly specialize in mousse cakes. The taste is subtle and not overpowering. It is always sooo smooth and melts in the mouth. I would recommend the sesame, earl Grey and matcha mini cakes. It just the best pick me up dessert.In comparison to other patisserie, it is reasonably priced for the size and quality.It has always been a pleasant experience coming to this shop.

I brought the mango cake. It’s good but not the 5 star rated. Felt it was a little xtra sourish. The place has good options - macarons r good and other type of cup cakes..

Loved the ambiance of the shop however i was less than impressed with the items I got. Usually its always a hit for me when I get anything mango or earl grey, but both the items I got from here, the mango cloud and the earl grey pear were less than satisfactory. Everything is absolutely stunning to look at, every detail on the cakes and desserts is well thought out but I took a taste of both the mango cloud and the early grey pear, shared with my brother and we ended up throwing them away. The earl grey flavour was not very strong and the texture was too soft. I love asian desserts and that it focuses on the flavour rather than sweetness but I think this was just a miss for me.
