Yellow Cab

Cab #241 ran a stop sign and cut me off. Also was speeding through a residential parking lot to avoid me after I honked and flashed my lights at him. Not sure if the driver had a passenger or not but was driving at a concerning speed that would have not only put the passenger at risk but also anyone else on the road or pedestrians. Really need to do better as a company to avoid hiring irate drivers. Would give no stars if it was an option. Do better.

We caught a cab at the airport going to Summerside south Edmonton… less than a 15 minute drive. We were charged $48 at 1:50 pm on a Sunday! We had taken an Uber to the airport 2 days earlier and it was only $17. Of taxis are 3x the cost of Uber, I won’t ever be taking a cab again. Do yourself a favor and download Uber and save yourself a bunch of money!In response to owners comment: your drivers incur a fee that is 3x the cost of an Uber? I highly doubt that! Don’t try to cover the fact that your screwing over customers by trying to claim that the extra amount goes to a fee! Especially considering I took a cab after my last trip and it was only $17. I compared it with Uber at the time and they were the same so I figured I could take either but I guess I’ll stick with Uber and make sure everyone I know, does the same!

Cab driver was AMAZING- unfortunately don't recall his name. HE gets 5 FULL starsDispatch not so great they get NO STARS - kept calling back to find out where cab was and hearing ten min away" when in reality they hadn't even gotten a hold of a driver yet (we needed a large van for transportation) took 56 minutes before I was told this/the truth with yet another "ten min away""

We were driving down Groat Road a few minutes ago and cab 101 nearly killed us 4 times. Its lucky that my husband is a professional driver. Your driver didn’t stay in his lane. He saw us and kept almost driving into our car. I will never use or recommend Yellow cabs again and I will be advertising this to WARN people NOT TO USE YELLOW CABS EVER. FACEBOOK AND TWITTER WILL LOVE IT

Calling yellow cab was one of the most painful experiences I've had with taxi service.The automated service is TERRIBLE and could not get my address correct. I had to keep pushing buttons to speak with someone and them I had to wait 5 minutes for someone.Get your heads out of your a$$es and provide customer service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND YELLOW TAXI!!!Well Yellow taxi, if the truth hurts DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.If you are offended by by the word A$$ get thicker skin. I'm telling you that your system is terrible. I can't imagine seniors trying to use this - shame on you.

Watch out for cab 713. We got cheated on fare by a smooth speaking guy. He took us all around the area to get to Via station from Nova Chateau, Yellow head trail. The follow up feedback link would not allow me to talk to someone. I tried to submit my review would not take it. Uber best.

I have been teaching my daughter to drive and 2 different cabs in 24 hours honked at us because she was following the rules of the road regarding pedestrians - one of those cabs went to far as to zip in front of us and then break check us!!Not very professional at all!

I cannot say enough about our driver while my family visited Edmonton. He was friendly and was a gentleman who made us all quite comfortable. We took his number to be sure we called him each time.

On my way home and a Yellow Cab driver, dropping off their passengers on Knottwood Road parked on the road to finalize their payment. Honked my horn to have him move over and he proceeded to put on his hazards instead. Honked again, as he was blocking the road. It's a solid yellow line on a corner that you can not cross. He kept on trying to wave me over and I could not.Driver of car number 312 needs to learn that when dropping off passengers he needs to park legally on the side of the road, not on the road, blocking traffic.
